CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION AND ARBITRATION

We represent owners, as well as contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in connection with disputes arising out of private construction projects. We have successfully represented construction professional as well as building owners in a variety of construction related disputes including breach of contract, construction defect, design deficiencies, and delay claims. We have also successfully represented clients in cases alleging failure to disclose defects in connection with the sale of existing homes.

INSURANCE COVERAGE AND BAD FAITH LITIGATION

We represent individuals and businesses against insurance companies that have wrongfully denied claims or failed to pay full policy benefits. We have successfully represented individuals and businesses with claims under the following types of insurance policies: automobile, homeowners, disability, commercial general liability, professional liability, errors and omissions, and a variety of other insurance policies.

GENERAL BUSINESS LITIGATION

We represent small business owners in connection with various business related disputes. We have successfully represented small business owners in cases alleging misrepresentation in connection with the sale of a business, breach of contract, interference with written contract, and various other claims.
