Mr. Putnam is one of the few California construction attorneys with a General Contractor’s (B) License. With more than twenty years experience in the construction industry, Mr. Putnam is uniquely positioned as a construction attorney, as well as a construction expert witness / consultant, for both owners and contractors. He has testified as a construction expert witness in and out of the State of California, and served as an arbitrator in several construction disputes.
