HOURLY RATES

Our basic hourly rate is $125, which is significantly less than most attorneys in the Los Angeles area. Invoicing is on a monthly basis, with payment requested within fifteen days. We generally require a $2,500 retainer upon acceptance of the case.

We accept certain cases under a contingency fee agreement, and others, on a fixed fee basis, with negotiable terms.
